How we use information

We use this information to operate and sync FerryFetch, deliver requested alerts, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.

Service providers

We use service providers for authentication, hosting and databases, push delivery, email, and error monitoring. They process information only to provide those services to FerryFetch and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Retention and security

Account data is retained while your account is active and removed after a valid deletion request, except where limited retention is required for security, legal obligations, or backups. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can change alerts in the app, disable notifications in device settings, or request account deletion from the account deletion page.

Children and changes

FerryFetch is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the new effective date here.
