Terms of service
The ground rules for using FerryFetch: what the service does, what it doesn't, and what you can expect from us.
What FerryFetch provides
FerryFetch provides informational ferry schedules, estimates, vessel positions, and alerts. FerryFetch is not a ferry operator, booking service, or emergency service and does not sell or guarantee passage. Always confirm critical travel information with the ferry operator.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate. You may stop using FerryFetch or request deletion of your account at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or use it in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
Data accuracy and availability
Ferry status depends on public vessel data, operator schedules, networks, and third parties. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We do not promise that FerryFetch will always be available or that an alert will arrive before you travel.
Service changes
Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued as FerryFetch develops. Any future paid plan will show its price, renewal terms, and cancellation method before you purchase it.
Disclaimer and liability
FerryFetch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FerryFetch disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for missed sailings, travel costs, or indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
