Delete your FerryFetch account
In the FerryFetch app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted permanently.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your account:

What will be deleted
Your sign-in account and FerryFetch data associated with it, including saved sailings, alert settings, Ferry Passport history, push-notification devices, and account entitlements, will be deleted.
Before you request deletion
- Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
- Deletion is permanent and your Passport history cannot be restored.
- Limited records may be retained when required for security, legal obligations, or backups.
We will confirm receipt and tell you when the deletion is complete.
